Program Lead – Volvo Group Connected Solutions

The Position


As a Program Lead in the Product Portfolio & Planning, you will be responsible and lead our Program Increments (PI) within the complete Volvo Group Connected Solutions. In collaboration with our Program Quality & Administration, RTE’s and different initiative owners, you will improve, prepare, execute and follow-up the Program Increments. You are the person that will lead the Program Increment planning events and be responsible for our way of working with Program Increment and continuously improve it. The role is central and is visible throughout whole Volvo Group Connected Solution.

Within Product Portfolio & Planning you will be part of a team that work cross Volvo Group Connected Solutions and Volvo Group to create consolidated plans and outlook, drive and lead our Program Increments.


Your profile


We are looking for you that can efficiently lead as a functional leader and have an experience from agile planning and execution on a holistic level. You can make your voice heard, can present to a large audience, and are structured in the way of working. You know the basics of how Scaled Agile Framework works or related execution of development activities in an Agile environment.
You should have an experience working with Atlassian’s tools (Jira and Confluence). Your leader skillset is very important in this role, and we hope to see you with an education background from computer science or similar. You should have some years of experience from either project management or a consolidated role within the agile framework.
