HemoCue R&D is strengthening and deepening its competencies. We are looking for a
Program Manager
Experienced as medical device project manager for the role of leading one of our product development programs. You will be responsible for the day-day running of product development project(s), accountable for content, timeline and budget. Depending of the type of project you will manage a team of between 5 and 25 engineers and scientists. You will be leading cross-functional resources from Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance, RA/QA in addition to R&D. You will prepare and present materials for Portfolio Planning Group meetings and project steering groups. You are expected to plan and maintain the budget for your project and run its daily management/visual management processes under the Danaher Business System. You will have the personnel management responsibility for your team. We expect you to be a strong leader, an excellent communicator and an extremely process oriented person with a passion to encompass and deploy the Danaher Business System. Your main
communication language will be English and we expect near native level skills both in speaking and writing. You will report to the VP R&D and be part of the R&D leadership team. You will be placed in Ängelholm, Sweden. The position as Program Manager is a fantastic opportunity to gain comprehensive experience and understanding of the workings and cross-functional interactions of an R&D organization.
Qualifications
We believe that the following formal qualifications will improve your chances of success:
* MSc or the equivalent in a suitable field of engineering or science
* Experience in Project Management
* Experience in Process Development
* Excellent Communication skills in English. Swedish is a plus
* IT knowledge is necessary for managing project, financial and process data, reporting and communication
Personality
As a person you are structured and solution-oriented and likes a fast pace. You find it easy to communicate with other people and enjoy working in a company that is driven by continuous improvement, both in terms of equipment and processes.
