Program Manager (343203)

Job Summary:
Program Manager - This position is responsible for the planning, execution and delivery based on the prioritized backlog from Portfolio. This position is also responsible to manage with in the available capacity based on allocated budget


Responsibilities:
Proven ability to deliver committed goals on time, with quality and within the budget
Prioritizes and sequences the backlog as per SPM or Portfolio’s priorities
Secure the needed capacity for the program and plan the execution of the tasks
Create and maintain scenario planning and backlog on program level
Financial planning, monitoring & control 
Good leadership & communication capabilities 



Position Qualifications
Minimum Bachelors’ degree in Engineering
SW development PMT experience
Experienced SW product development leader
Strong program management skills
Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking
Negotiation & argumentation Skills
Presentation & Communication Skills
Teamwork & Collaboration
Adapting & Responding to Change
Ability to work successfully in a multi-cultural environment is essential
