Program Manager Industrialization

Responsible for driving Production Readiness and Manufacturability of cells from A samples to B sample to design freeze for C cells and handover to mass production site
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Overall areas of responsibility and activities.
· Secure long term production readiness from R&D and Labs to mass production site with the following deliverables based on frozen C design
· Secure short term production readiness for cell in R&D and Labs
· Based on requests from relevant functions, coordinate and drive production of “Design of experiment” to optimize the design, process and cost of the cell with target to have an optimized C cell design freeze
· Drive manufacturability of the cell based on data from production for A and B samples
· Drive preparations and improvements of Change overs in Labs with target to reduce time spent in CO, increase predictability, and improve stability in production ramp up
· Establishing a common structure to standardize IPM activities across cell projects and develop a common toolbox to enable knowledge transfer and scale up
· Measure and report progress, identify and resolve bottlenecks, tigger and drives escalations
· Perform risk management activities and steer the implementation of actions, towards controlling and mitigating risks to keep project in line with targets.
Requirements, qualifications/education/experience:
· MSc. degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Physics, Industrial Management or similar
· Experience in manufacturing of complex products, ideally safety-critical rated
· Outstanding capability to manage large teams cross-functionally including experience in project management (scope, time, cost) including risk management
· Clarity and Structure: Need to report on a regular base status of project activities, stakeholder management skills and clear communication skills are required
· Experience from the automotive sector is an advantage
· Fluency in English.
