At Johnson Controls you will be working within the automotive industry, responsible for the management and leadership of new product development/launch programs according to PLUS (Product Launch System). Main task include planning, implementation and evaluation of the Program by, among other things:

• Define the scope of the program in collaboration with senior management
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed
• Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required
• Execute the Program according to plan
• Write reports on the Program for management, monitor all budgeted expenditures and prepare financial reports
• Ensure that deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality

Qualifications:

You have a Master or Bachelor of Science preferentially within industrial economics or similar. In addition you have at least eight years professional experience of which five years in a managing role. Previous work in the automotive industry is considered advantageous as well as a PMP, IPMA or similar certification. In order to be successful you need to be an excellent user of MS Office and MS Project. Previous experience as Program Manager working according to PLUS, is an advantage. A driver's license is required as well as excellent English, both spoken and in writing.
