Transition & Transformation Service searching for a Program Manager within Retail

We are looking or a Program Manager to be responsible to run the program objectives within the framework of the agreed upon project charter. Programs have cross-divisional importance and are both nationally and internationally aligned. Management of networked projects (multi-project management), portfolio management, and when needed crisis management in large and complex projects.

You need to be comfortable to plan, lead, and monitor programs of a very large and/or very strategic and/or high complex nature, and have an interest of monitoring the program budget, as well analyzing cost efficiency. You must also have experience from preparing agreements, support sales or engagement team in preparing bids (RFI, RFP).

Requirements:



• Bachelor´s degree in business / engineering or comparable.

• PMI “Project Management Professional (PMP)” certification or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management with several major projects.

•  Experience in managing multiple parties including Senior Project Managers and third-party vendors on high level and technologically innovative enterprise solutions.

•  Advanced negotiation skills, ability to manage service delivery, build and implement strategies in a customer environment is preferable.

•  Executive level communication.

•  Experience from Budgeting & forecasting, if possible with previous P&L responsibility.

•  Extensive experience in Project Recovery.

•  Experience from management of large multi-disciplinary teams (>50) across multiple locations.
