As a member of our Supply Chain team, you'll work alongside a talented, experienced team to help drive the supply chain development of the world's leading Forest & Garden company.

You'll support and collaborate on challenging projects in an international setting, with team members from different backgrounds and business disciplines.

Projects vary in complexity, scope, and location. You'll gain valuable experience in Sweden and internationally, with a focus on creating concrete, cross-functional results.

As Project Assistant, you will report directly to the Senior Supply Chain Development Manager for the Husqvarna Division, globally.

Your Role at Husqvarna
. Tracking Project Activities & Information
. Scheduling Meetings & Organizing Events
. Tracking of Supply Chain KPI's
. Collecting & Analyzing Supply Chain Data
. Providing Proposals & Opportunities based on Data
. Follow-up & Successful Implementation of Key Project Activities, including:
. Coordinating Cross-Functional Teams and Take Ownership of Delivering Results

Who You Are
. As an individual, you are a fast learner with an excellent academic record and 0-2 years of work experience. You are ambitious, structured, and like to make data-based decisions.
. You know how to work well with a team, and build long-term relationships while still achieving your targets. One of your strengths is seeing the big picture, backing it up with data, and then distilling that vision down into clear, practical actions.
. You see this position as the first step of a great career, and are willing to invest time and effort to deliver results.


Critical Requirements:
. B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Supply Chain or Logistics

OR
. Compelling cross-functional background (M.Sc.) and an interest in applying this to SCM
. Fluency in written and spoken English
. Strong MS Office skills
. Willing to travel internationally on short notice
. Documented excellence at tracking and following up complex projects
. Documented excellence in working cross-functionally
.
. Additional Skills Considered:
. Proficiency in Swedish is a significant plus
. Proficiency in French, German, Mandarin Chinese or Japaese is a plus
. MS Access or Visual Basic proficiency is a plus
. International experience is a plus
