Project Coordinators to an international bank in Stockholm!

We are now looking for two Client Migration Coordinators that will work as  sub- project managers in our customer´s project.

You will be located at an international bank in the northern part of Stockholm. Do you have at least 3 years of experience of banking and/or financial industry and very good understanding of post trade financial transactions? Are you an experienced team player with good social skills? Then we at Adecco Finance & Legal have the perfect assignment for you!

How might one day at work look like?
The sub-project managers will work to migrate selected clients and the client´s assets to their new Global Custody platform according to the P6 Migration plan. In the migration process, as a sub-project manager you will work to co-ordinate internal delivery organization, internal consumers, clients, outsourcing partner and other stakeholders to achieve a transition of the customers, clients according to plan. You will participate in continuously improving steering documents (checklist, process, descriptions, client material etc.) and be responsible for progress reports. The sub-project managers is responsible for the deliverable agreed with the project manager.

Your qualifications:
* At least 3 years of experience of banking and/or financial industry and very       good understanding of post trade financial transactions (eg. clearing & settlement, corporate action)
* Preferably experience within the Global custody area
* Experienced team player with good social skills
* Structured with high stress threshold
* Self-going, result driven with a personal drive and an outgoing personality
* Problem-solving skills and a solution oriented mindset
* Good communications skills both Swedish and English
