Project lead for implementation of logistics system

About the role
As Project implementer you will be responsible for the implementation of a new logistics and warehouse management system at our customer that is a global company within the food sector based Malmö. In your role you will be participating in the implementation of the system and support the system and process after go-live. You will be working in an international environment together with a team that are responsible for the implementation.

The assignment will start in May or June and will runf for 6 months to begin with. You will report to the Project manager and working in a team of three people.

In your role as Project implementer your main tasks will include:
- Map all local current processes/system to perform GAP analysis considering the new solution
- Leading design of local solutions to bridge gaps between local need and global template.
- Review, test and accept global and local solutions.
- Train the local team to assure proper deployment
- Support to manage the CAPEX and OPEX budget
- Manage and review potential risks within the implementation.
- Support during the change management within the logistics team to mitigate project disruptions

About you
We are looking for a candidate with previous experience within logistics and you also have minimum 5 years´ experience from similar tasks. If you also have previous experience within system and process implementation and knowledge in Microsoft Navision it will be an advantage.

Furthermore, we see that you are a strong team player. You are analytical and you work organized and structured to be able to set up new process and to cope with a considerable amount of info and work together with stakeholders. Since you will be working with change management you have communicative skills. Fluency in Swedish is not a requirement since you will be working in an international environment.
