About your next position We are looking for an inspiring and stable leader with a passion for implementing changes in way of working.

In our Delivery area, BO Plan at the BOPO Division, we are currently about 140 people, supporting the Buying functions with the specific IT solutions required for those specific business processes. We are currently divided across a handful of teams, who are each responsible for a set of applications. Most of the teams have part of their resources in India and part in Stockholm.

During next year many of our teams will increase their cooperation with our offshore vendor. To support this, a Way Of Working (WoW) has been created. It's called the BOPO OT WoW (OT being short for Out Tasking, i.e. buying a service or a result from a supplier rather than time & material).

This is a big change for our teams so we want to support them by having a project manager to drive the implementation of this new WoW. A WoW coach really.

Since we already have a WoW that we want to implement, the focus will be to make the change happen in the teams with the support from our delivery leaders. To do this you will need to work closely with our teams to understand their current WoW and help them change that to the new WoW. You will also collect input and ideas for improvements of the WoW from the teams and present them for decision.

Examples of included Work tasks

The following specification of work tasks is not an exhaustive set of tasks that could be relevant during this assignment, other tasks will be added if needed to achieve the goals.

Implement the BOPO OT WoW, incl participation in daily activities in the teams as support and for follow-up and verification that we are indeed adapting to the new WoW in a good way.
Understand other relevant processes and ways of working (change routines etc) to help the teams understand how the different processes and WoW's interact
Set up close cooperation with each team in their daily routines i.e. stand up, CR start up meetings.
Secure an efficient transition to minimize our capacity drop when changing the WoW our executing teams.
Rolling out a set of SLA's and KPI:s where your role is to support our teams in not just implementing the SLA's and KPI:s but also help our delivery leaders to understand, analyse and improve way of working based on the KPI:s.
Drive workshops with the teams based on the BOPO OT WoW material.
Report status and raise issues to Sourcing Responsible and Delivery area responsible (ISR).
 

Specific competence You must have:

Been a part of application development teams for at least 5 years.
Extensive knowledge about IT roles and their craftsmanship; eg. Requirement analyst, system architect, tester, developer
Basic planning and project management skills.
Ability and experience from handling multiple tracks and being the proactive engine to drive things forward.
Hands-on experience from working with offshore teams, preferably on a result basis (not time & material).
Experience of working in an agile way (SCRUM)
Practical experience in driving workshops.
Cross culture experience in a work situation
People Change management
It's very nice if you also have:

Mentor/Coach experience
Experience from supplier relations and handling of consultants.
Experience from using the SAFe framework

You speak and write English fluently (Swedish is a bonus)
