Role description:
To organize and manage resources in project or sub-project within a certain business area to meet defined scope, deliverables, time and cost constrains. Represent the BA/BU at PMR and Project meetings.

Assignment description:
Our Customer´s Sales & Marketing in EMEA is responsible for the distribution and service in Europe, Middle East and Africa for all brands in the Customer Group. The purpose of the newly established division unit Aftermarket & Soft Products (ASP) is to serve the total quality perspective in order to build loyalty foundations and ensure business sustainability as experienced by customers and other stakeholders. Within ASP, the Service, Repair & Maintainability (SRM) department works to improve and rationalize workshop processes of the Aftermarket products within EMEA. The team has the overall objectives to optimize service planning and standard times; to manage service contract costs; and to secure quality content. For all of these areas and in cooperation with brands, we are in a close contact with our customers, dealers and regions in order to collect, prioritize and push for implementing rapidly efficient and profitable enhancements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop either brand unique or common strategies for reducing the technical cost of the maintenance schedule
- To manage the maintainability cost reduction short term roadmap and dashboard
- To participate to any relevant meetings around maintainability
- To build presentation that support the decision process
- Define gaps - initiate, drive and follow-up Maintainability improvements with needed stakeholders ? Set improvement priorities and launch dates for their brands
- Lead process development, improvements and change management activities connected to workshop process, tools, time and methods
- Fleet project data
- Dealers visits
- R&D product projects launching status
- Maintainability Improvement Log (MIL) .
- Continuous dealer visits to understand aftersales business and learn on maintainability performed in a dealer environment
- Support as specialist the setting of targets for maintainability on future products, the maintainability features objectives
- Continuous coordination with other functions within EMEA and GTT
- Decide with the customer regarding short terms improvements
- To define and secure budgets for implementing actions decided
