Then, maybe you are our new Marketing Project Manager for our business unit Decorative Paints Nordic!

What you will do
As Project Manager within Nordic Marketing you will be part of a wonderful and committed team of 18 and you will work with some of the most powerful brands in our Nordic portfolio. You will be dedicated to lead, drive and coordinate the project team throughout the execution of a project from first idea until launch and evaluation in cooperation with all parts in the value chain. Your main areas of responsibilities are:
- Manage new product introduction (NPI) projects from idea to launch
- Setting up and managing project teams
- Day-to-day collaboration with project members and stakeholders to be able secure projects deliver On-Time-In-Full.
- Develop and drive the team and align the planning to meet the deadlines
- Keep all relevant stakeholders informed about progress and input required to reach project deadlines -Manage non-NPI cross functional projects
- Close cooperation with Brand Managers in order to be able to accelerate and optimize projects in a professional way, based on expertise and knowledge.
- Initiate and secure a successful business case based on the inputs from the stakeholders
- Analyzing and managing project risk

This is a permanent position starting as soon as possible. You will be positioned at our site in Arlöv and report to Camilla Engerby, Marketing Manager Nordsjö.

Your profile
We believe that you have passion for project management with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly the ability to motivate people and to engage effectively with people at all levels both locally and globally. You have a strong drive for results, do not hesitate to take decisions when it is needed and have a structured way of working. You need to be flexible and open-minded to new ideas and have an ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment without losing track on priorities.

In order to be successful as Project Manager you need to have a university degree and at least 5 years of experience in project management ideally within a marketing function. As you will work in an international environment it is important that you have a good command of English both written and spoken and able to understand Swedish, Danish and Norwegian.
