Your responsibilities



Overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling of complex projects/programs according to the project standards of PHOENIX
Professional support of organisational units regarding process analysis and process optimisation
Initiate and implement complex modernisation measures with impact on processes, organisation and IT
Consulting and advising management on strategic, operational and organisational topics

 
Your qualifications



Excellent track record in delivering projects/programs on schedule, budget and with the desired quality
Broad experience in the role of IT Project Manager leading full-cycle projects with in-depth understanding of enterprise infrastructure and application capabilities
Great expertise concerning the configuration of organisational change processes and cost optimisation
Experience in working in an international environment managing mixed virtual teams
Highly customer oriented and goal oriented
Outstanding skills in C-level communication
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Project and other project-management-related tools
Profound knowledge of project controlling, quality and risk management
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Project management certification such as PMI or similar to ensure expertise in project management methods and tools – (good to have)
Willingness to travel
