As a member of our Supply Chain team, you'll work alongside an experienced team to help drive the supply chain development of the world's leading Forest & Garden company. You'll drive and collaborate on challenging projects in an international setting, with team members from different backgrounds and business disciplines.
Projects vary in complexity and scope, with a focus on creating concrete, cross-functional results.

Your Role at Husqvarna
. Drive projects and achieve targets, on time, on budget, and in full
. Ownership of planning projects and timelines, based on corporate strategy
. Ownership of delegating tasks and time scheduling
. Stakeholder management, incl. reporting, escalations, and consulting
. Driving continuous improvement within the Husqvarna Supply Chain
. Contribution to long-term strategic planning and development of best-in-industry supply chain


Who You Are
We are looking for an ambitious, experienced Project Manager within Logistics and Supply Chain Management. You will report directly to the Senior Supply Chain Development Manager for the Husqvarna Division, globally.
As an individual, you are structured, persistent, and skilled at negotiations. You make data-based decisions, and can lead cross-functional teams to achieve challenging goals, on time and in full. One of your strengths is building long-term relationships while delivering on short- and mid-term targets.
You hold a bachelor's or master's degree within logistics, supply chain, or a related field. You have at least five years of working experience, with documented excellence in project management.
Planned travel and international projects is a key part of this role. This role is located in Huskvarna, Sweden.


Education Requirements:
. B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Relevant Field (Engineering, Finance, IT)


Required Skills:
. 5+ Years' experience of Supply Chain project management
. Cross-functional experience with operational processes, including: Sales, Supply Chain & Logistics, Finance, Operations
. Documented excellence at driving and delivering complex projects
. Advanced operational knowledge of Supply Chain Management
. Excellent MS Office skills
. Language:
o English: Advanced Professional Proficiency, written and spoken.
o Swedish: General Professional Proficiency, written and spoken.
