Job description:
We are developing a number of advanced decision solutions within the framework of a BICC - Business Intelligence Competence Center. Our data warehouse is used by several parts of our business, as the basis for making important operational and strategic decisions.

This project shall evaluate, adapt and implement a planning tool for the online division. The tool will be used for sales planning top-down.
We are looking for a person who will detail and specify business and IT requirements on a supplier for our future planning tool. You shall also coordinate and lead the implementation in relevant management situations.This assignment will most likely be extended after the pre-study, if necessary decisions are taken.

Activities overview:
Define the scope along with business and IT
Develop a schedule and prioritized list of requirements in relation to the release date
Define the business and IT requirements we impose on the supplier
Refine business processes and produce the deliverables required from an IT and business perspective
Conceptual modeling
Report status to the project management and supervision
Serve as a link between IT and business

Specific skills
Understanding of BI system both from an IT perspective and a business perspective. Understanding from one or several planning tools is qualifying.
Experience of managing projects - preferably retail - with technology and business focus
Project Manager / Coordinator 5 + years of experience
Experience in conceptual and process modeling from a business perspective
Retail Knowledge desirable
