Customer Experience & Sales (CX & Sales) is a newly established global cross-functional and customer-centric function within the H&M Brand focusing on delivering an outstanding customer experience. CX & Sales has a key role in enabling us to reach our brand direction, to become the leading destination for style, creativity, and culture. As Project Manager in Demand and Supply Planning & Inventory Management, you will be right at the center of this shift towards a truly customer-centric organisation. 
Job Description

As Project Manager you will work closely together with our regional offices around the world and have close collaboration with several departments within the company (for example Business Tech and Merchandising). You will be a key player in setting the direction for H&M’s system solutions to enable efficiency and sustainability while optimizing the supply chain process. The team consists of 5 employees today and we are now looking for someone to further strengthen our team and business!
Key Responsibilities
Responsibility for ensuring successful business implementation of new merchandising tools and methods in our markets globally.
Lead one or several rollout projects and represent merchandising in cross-functional meetings.
Plan and conduct trainings and set the new way of merchandising for the local teams.
Drive new development ideas in certain key areas towards Business Tech by being the bridge between local Business and the tech Products.
Participate in different tech forums where you drive Business priorities and set roadmaps for the upcoming period ahead together with the tech product.

In addition, to be successful in the role we believe you have:
2 years of experience within project management, merchandising or similar
Experience working within management consultancy, retail, or tech
Strong organizational skills to hold projects together
Strong communication skills with the ability to prioritize project needs to Business Tech and stakeholders
Ability to present in public and passion for teaching
Fluency in English, both verbal and written

Additional information
This is a full-time position based in Stockholm and you will report directly to Jacob Adwall, Demand & Supply Planning Manager.
