Job Description:
Manage the Program activities for all Electrical/Electronic Engineering commodities, leading the deliverables and priority requirements and interface between the program and engineering teams.
Key role to ensure program focus within engineering team and represent the functional requirements within the program.
Manage the program status and report out for the function.

To work with relevant stakeholders in Geely, R&D Centre, CEVT as well as Volvo:

Understand the needs of the Program and how they relate to Electrical/Electronic Engineering delivery.
Represent Electrical/Electronic Engineering in all program activities.
Identify program requirements and priorities to the delivery team.

Requirements:
- Working experiences in multinational company preferably in automotive/industrial business both China and Sweden.
- Very good practical and theoretical knowledge of the VCC and product development process.
- Ability to handle complex problems.
- Good practical and theoretical knowledge within the EESE field, worked in projects.
- Good knowledge of working methods and systems; release of design technical documents, task and deviation management, planning, project monitoring, financial control
- Native Chinese speaker with local China experiences as project manager
- Communication bridge between China and Sweden.
- Good leadership skills
