Project Manager ERP

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Tele2 will be introducing a new ERP solution in a multi-year project and we are looking for a project manager that coordinates people and processes to ensure that the project is delivered on time and with the desired result. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.
Together with the external implementation partner you coordinate the different project phases assuring the goals and timelines are met. Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project step on time within budget and scope.
Taking a holistic approach and working tightly with, and involving, peers across the Tele2 business units as well as external suppliers will be key. The complexity of the project, and broad use of the solution, implies that you need to have high integrity and perseverance.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for successful execution of projects
Ensure that all project phases are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop detailed project plans to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation



REQUIREMENTS
You have what it takes to be driven professional that thrives on challenges and sometimes being out of your comfort zone. You take on problems and challenges, break them down and in cross-organizational collaboration with peers, find ways to fix them while continuously learning new things.
University degree, preferably in the fields of IT or Finance
Proven track record of managing complex projects
Experience in the telecom area, ERP solutions, accounting or supply chain is a plus
Excellent external and internal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Fluency in English both spoken and written
