Project Manager for international company

Do you have management experience as group leader and have previously worked as a Project Manager? Are you available to start your new challenge september 1st? If so, Adecco Automotive Professionals have the perfect assignment for you!

What will your days look like?
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the internal operational efficiency, including support of the development of program, budget, business cases and monitor progress. You will initiate and prepare new programs and activities. You will ensure operational integration and program efficiency in the areas of HR and staffing of business resources, program administration, management and follow-up of business objective (project KPI:s and business case realization) and business transformation. By facilitating identification of program risks and their mitigation actions and continuously follow-up implementation of mitigation actions, you will facilitate risk management at program level. You will report to the director within Logistics Development.

The assignment starts September 1st, with duration until 30th of June 2015, with possible prolongation. You will be contracted by Adecco and work as a consultant.

With your background working as a group leader together with your previous experience from project managing working with project process models, you will quickly get into your new role. You are highly committed to the delivery and are capable of working in a global context with real talent for cultural integration and business analyses. Your excellent communication skills will make you feel comfortable making presentations, participate in and drive start-ups and deliver status reports. With previous experience from the automotive industry you quickly get into your new role.

Your personal skills in good understanding of interpersonal relations and organizational development, together with your ability to create trustful relations, in spite of cultural differences and geographical distance, will make you the right person for this position. Your flexibility includes effective networking abilities across diverse organization and you have good influence skills. Proficient English skills are required and other languages are beneficial. You have the ability to travel frequently.
