Project Manager for our VR and PC Eye Tracking Projects

Are you as interested in people management as you are in groundbreaking technology? Do you want to lead cross functional eye tracking projects, taking them through design, implementation, verification, certification and all the way to production? You sound like our next Project Manager!


As Project Manager, you will be with us in an exciting phase, leading project teams with around 15 members within software and platform engineering, industrialization and purchase.


The Project manager team is part of the engineering department Platform R&D, which develops the core eye tracking platforms for internal and external customers. The department also supports OEM and ODM customers to integrate the platform into their electronics, as well as designing end user products for direct sales.


The role and responsibilities- Overall project planning; operate project strategy, plans, budget and risk mitigation

- Daily follow up communication with the teams and the product owner, to make sure we have full focus on delivering the right product on time.

- Working closely with your team to refine your work plan, focusing on continuous integration and creating value early.

- Creating great team spirit and delivery commitment in your project.

- Contact with external partners, both suppliers and clients.

- Reporting to steering group and management team.

- Work closely with system engineering, QA, computer vision and machine learning, digital design, optronics, embedded development and electrical and mechanical design.


We are looking for someone who- Is skillful with people and has strong internal drive

- Has a background in R&D projects as a project manager or team lead

- Speaks fluent English

- Share our love for high-technology products and environments.

- Has a MSc degree or similar.

- Is enjoying having a “smorgasbord” of all kinds of engineers working close to you.


We find it to be a bonus if you have experience working with consumer products close to engineers within either machine learning, digital design, optronic, embedded development, electrical or mechanical design that is a strong merit!
