Arbetsuppgifter:

In the role as project manager at Commerical Development you will be responsible for and running several cross-functional projects. This means that your projects run across multiple business areas and you are responsible for taking action in different parts of the organization to achieve the goals the project is based upon. You get to put up the framework and define how you work. The assignments and projects are initiated by the management as well as both strategies and areas of focus. You are responsible for running all the areas of the project and finding the way to the final result. You investigate and ensures that overall strategies are implemented correctly throughout the organization and acts as a support for all the business areas and functions.

An example of projects can be to reduce production waste and scrapping, complexity management and coordination of cross-functional Annual Planning Cycle. Your assignment will be to do an ‘root cause’-analysis, identify underlying factors and then communicate with sales, marketing, trade, production, supply chain and other parts of the organization affected to find a cross-functional solution. You will identify consequences of the ways you work, establish risk analyzes and coordinate all parts towards the final goal.

The bigger part of this roll is defined by you as a person and contains a lot of stakeholder management as well as diplomacy within the organization, where your function is “for the good of the company”.

Profil:

• Relevant academic education
• 2-5 years of experience within project management / agile project lead in larger organization (+300 employees)
• Experience as a consultant is highly meritorious
• Experience from FMCG is meritorious
• Good skills in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in Swedish and English, oral and written
