Project Manager Sr Specialist

Nasdaq Infrastructure Project Management team is now looking for a Project Manager Senior Specialist to join us at the Stockholm office. This role reports to the Director of Infrastructure Project Management who is located in USA.

You will be a part of an international and dynamic team, working closely with another colleague in the Stockholm office. You will manage both large and small infrastructure related projects, primarily Swedish and European projects but also assist the Canadian and American office when needed. Deadlines, cost and quality are key words in your work. The assignment also requires that you are interested in our different financial products and have a close co-operation with other internal project managers, business owners as well as with external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead new business projects related to Cloud technologies
* Lead and coordinate new infrastructure related projects and ensure the business requirements, implementation and routine expectations are met and systems are running in compliance with agreed upon deliverables
* Coach and lead teams

Education, Professional accomplishments, and Certifications

* M. Sc. or University degree in computer science or economics.
* 5+ years of experience as a IT project manager, preferably from working with IT systems/ Infrastructure related projects

Skills, Requirements and Competencies

* Experience from working with Cloud technologies is a merit
* Have the ability to take action in time and avoid unnecessary time loss
* Excellent communication skills
* Good knowledge in leading and coaching teams
* Organized, structured and effective

As a person you are a team player and have excellent social skills. You are a natural leader and good at maintaining long lasting relationships. You are also a great communicator and are able to put details into context for everyone to understand its importance.
