You will be a part of ABB Measurement & Analytics in Västerås, which is a division within the Process Automation business area. We develop and provide a comprehensive range of force and dimension measurement products designed to improve control, productivity and quality in a wide variety of processes and industries. Our unique measuring technologies are well suited for harsh environments which has provided us with a long track record of satisfied customers. We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with a strong drive, structured approach, basic understanding of process improvements and passion for managing challenging projects in an exciting environment. If this is you, come and join our team!
You will, in addition to managing project, be team lead for our Project Management Office, which today consists of three project managers. The Project Management Office is a part of the Quality Department and manages product development/maintenance projects, process improvement projects, IS/IT- projects and investment projects. Excluded are customer delivery projects.


Your responsibilities
Team Lead for Project Management Office.
Own, develop and maintain the project management model and associated tools.
Manage projects (product development/maintenance projects, process improvement projects, IS/IT- projects and investment projects).
Monitor project portfolio and plan resource need.
Perform internal trainings of the project management model and associated tools.



Your background
You have several years of experience in managing projects within product development, product maintenance, process improvements or IS/IT-projects.
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or relevant field and documented Project Management training.
You have a structured approach to managing projects.
You are communicative and transparent when managing project stakeholders.
You have a high level of self-motivation and the ability to deliver results.
Previous experience of process development is a plus.
Fluency in both English and Swedish, written and spoken alike, is required as you will be working in a global multicultural environment.
