OM TJÄNSTEN
Academic Work is on behalf of our client looking for a project manager. The current project manager is going on maternity leave in the beginning of next year and our client is therefore looking for her replacement. You will come to a small, creative and warm team where your effort will make a big difference. Our client’s unique office is located on Södermalm in Stockholm.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a project manager you will be the organizational part of a merchandise/publishing and creative team. Your main focus will be coordinating and follow up on meetings with our client’s partners to make sure that the team delivers what’s been promised and that everything is moving along as planned. You will also be the schedule keeper, making sure the time is spent wisely both short and long term.

For example, you will:


* Handle the travel budget and book business trips
* Schedule meetings with business partners both in the office and abroad
* Make sure that the team meets their deadlines
* Manage miscellaneous projects that arise

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
We are looking for you who is fluent in English both verbal and in writing since your team contains englishspeaking coworkers. You have worked with project managing for at least three years and preferably within the event business.

This role involves business trips abroad and you need to be flexible with your working hours.

As a person, you are structured and like to work in a fast pased environment. You are very flexible since conditions are constantly changing and you have to adjust your schedule and agenda accordingly. You will work in a highly creative surrounding and therefore need to take on the main responsibility to drive the work forward without being too pushy. You need to be self-driven and able to see what needs to be done. There will be periods of time when your team will be out of the office and meanwhile you have to be able to work without guidance. Of course you are service-minded and put pride in delivering high-quality results.
