Project Manager to e-gaming company

Who we are
NYX Gaming Group is an international public company with corporate headquarters located in Las Vegas and with development centers in Stockholm and Sydney.

We are now looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to be part of our Business Delivery team in the Stockholm Office.

The role
You feel comfortable and are used to working closely with international technical teams as well as customers. Working with us means being part of a global organization with offices in Stockholm, Sydney and Las Vegas. You must enjoy and be prepared to travel as part of your job. You have a minimum of 5 years experience from leading teams through the entire development life cycle from scoping requirements, prioritization through design, development, testing and release in both traditional and agile environments. You are able to see the big picture in a project and are used to delivering to a high standard and to time constraints. You could have a technical background and we want you to have a degree or certificate in Project Management.

Must haves include:
- You have the ability to identify impediments to the development process early on and understand the actions needed to remove them.
- You genuinely care about the team both in servicing the development process and in professional development
- Be familiar with a range of methodologies and be able to apply depending on project type
- You are flexible in working hours as there will be a need to participate in out-of-hours conference calls with colleagues and customers in other time zones.
- You have strong English written and oral communication skills

The awe factor
- Experience of leading international, complex IT delivery projects
- Previous knowledge of the Gaming Industry is meritorious

We are looking for a true leader, capable of managing multiple interrelated projects, involving customers, 3rd party suppliers and in house developers. You are a problem solver who is capable of managing multiple, concurrent and competing projects. Strong problem solving skills are needed.
