As a Project Manager you will drive different industrialization projects and together with the project team transfer new manufacturing processes and product technologies to the Production organization at Galderma in Uppsala.
Responsibilities
The project manager drives different industrialization projects to ensure success of the projects and the business. You will manage the project and lead the team according to project models and industry standards taking for example GMP, Regulatory and Production requirements into account. More specifically you will:

Build efficient teams in a collaborative spirit among representatives from Engineering, Operations, Development, Site Infrastructure and others.

Be accountable for project objectives, deliverables, timeline and budget
*
Be responsible for developing and communicating project strategies, vision and goals
*
Drive risk management activities and follow-up on mitigations and contingency plans
*
Ensure appropriate reporting with internal/external stakeholders and with the project team
Requirements
A successful applicant for this role has at least two years' experience from project management positions and preferably documented training in project management. You have some experience from process/industrial development work as well as experience from medical device or pharmaceutical industries. You have experience of working in cross-functional projects.
You likely have an academic education within Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or similar and are fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
You make sure that projects reach their goals within deadlines. You enjoy collaborative work and thrive in an environment where things change rapidly.
