PROJECT MANAGER - Uppsala

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Project Manager to be involved with data capture about case management, working methods and purchased services linked to these being collected in our Enterprise Data Warehouse.
What you'll do:
● Plan and facilitate workshops for process mapping together with appointed object owners, administrators / leaders and in accordance with the systematics developed by companies with associated controls and support documents.
● Facilitate / document / draw process maps in existing process tools and create or complete the necessary documentation in accordance with developed systematics.
● Coach and advise object owners and business managers in process mapping and assist in any necessary process changes.
● Participate in the procurement project, carry out market analyses, participate in evaluations, and propose the choice of supplier in collaboration with the project groups.
● Contribute to the selection of standard systems, hence enable adaptations of processes to the system and not adapt systems to processes.
● Work to clarify roles and responsibilities between administrations and companies with the support of steering documents with the processes that transcend administrations / companies in the Group.
● Balance between the company's need for processes and grants / booking systems and the employees' need to be involved and be able to use their knowledge and experience. This is to both activate the employees and also to contribute to the necessary movement without losing the employees' commitment.
● Ensure that "lessons learned" workshops are conducted and that the results of these are taken care of, so that both negative results are risk minimized and positive experiences are addressed and highlighted.
● Identify points of contact and adapt the work with processes and the management system to the company's other governance and management models such as PM3.
Who you are:
● Possess at least 10 years of experience in project management (procurement and implementation) of major IT projects.
● Experience from public administration, and ability to communicate both with management and with employees, as well as to adapt the message to needs and situation.
● Experience from procurement according to LoU, and ability to lead others and good technical understanding.
● Possess good communication skills both written and verbal, along with experience in municipal operations, including municipal companies, booking systems, association life and especially experience of grant management for associations.
● Possess experience of working according to a given project management methodology.
● Technical education, preferably an engineering education with a focus or option in IT, or equivalent many years of experience.
