Project Manager with agile experience, Stockholm

  The offer

As a Project Manager in Products IT, you’ll be responsible for delivering our change management initiatives. We are working in an agile setup where you will have the mandate to make necessary decisions within the limits of the approved baseline documented in the Business Case, and the Project Description.  
 
What you’ll be doing:  
 
- Managing and leading the Projects in our change catalogue.  
- Analysing and identifying possible areas to align/coordinate cross teams, products and projects.  
- Ensuring that stakeholder management and collaboration in cooperation with Product Owner is seamless.  
 
The position is in Stockholm.  
 
In Products IT, we are today 12 local employees and close to 50 offshore consultants. We work fully integrated with our business partner in IPO as well as with other stakeholders in different units in Nordea. In total we have 4 scrum teams working closely with the maintenance team on an ongoing basis. Products IT is closely interlinked with the surrounding fund related products within ISAC and Trading Technology.

Your background:
 
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager.  
- 3+ years’ experience working in agile projects.  
- Experience in banking and/or investment products.  
- A university degree in a relevant field.  
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
