Unit/Department Description:
The IT Transformation department is the development function in the Global IT Services (GIS) organization, responsible for the controlled management and delivery of all ongoing programs and projects.Further, the ITT department builds and develops strategic competencies in Centers of Excellence (CoE) where critical mass of skills can be reached.
The Program Management Office (PMO) section provides a pool of project managers that drive solution development projects.The PMO further provides project management support, including administration, resource planning, risk tracking etc.

Position/Job Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination and controlling of the project from the plan phase to conclusion phase, meeting the project's requirements and ensuring completion on time, within cost and to required quality standards.

Essential Duties:
.Responsible that the project is performed according to Husqvarna's requirements
.Project scope - working for the steering group, the project manager controls the scope of the project
.Performance quality - management and control of the project performance and the quality of the project outcome
.Project time - management and control of the project's lead time and time-schedule
.Project cost - management and control of the project budget, including costs for the use of resources and other expenditures
.Project human resource - leadership in projects and management and control of the project organization
.Project communication - management and control of the information flow at all levels in the project
.Project uncertainty - management and control of risks and opportunities in the project
.Project procurement/contract - management of relations with internal and external suppliers of resources and results of the project

.Demonstrated success in managing system rollouts.
.University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or similar field
.Demonstrated, successful program and project management experience, preferably in a global organization
.Familiar with project management methodologies (Project management certification(s) such as PMP, PMI, Prince2, etc.are a merit.)
.Ability to engage in complex problem solving and issues resolution in a multi-national environment.
.Functional expertise in one or more of the following areas: eCommerce, Shared Service Centers, Information Management/Business Intelligence, Demand and Supply Chain planning, Organizational Change, ERP systems such as SAP and JDEdwards.
.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Corporate language is English.
.Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
