We are now looking for the right person to fill the opening as Project Pricing Coordinator within the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) sales region.



The EMEA region is building a central organization to handle special pricing requests (project pricing). This is a journey that will take time, successively offloading workload from the sales organization and establishing this new function. Initially the focus is to take over the volume-based activities and over time the organization will be a true business partner to everyone. The latter part is not yet on the drawing table, but we learn as we walk - always evolving in a true Axis-manner!



This role will be office-based in Lund or office-based somewhere in EMEA where we have a sales-office.



WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A PROJECT PRICING COORDINATOR

As a Project Pricing Coordinator your initial task is to handle and process projects that have been confirmed but are in need of readjustments. Your main task will include both updating and re-confirming the projects to secure the efficiency and accuracy within the projects.



Your primary responsibility will be to…

* Establish a rigid process to meet the ambition of the function
* Build strong relationships with the EMEA sales organization
* Process requests as they arrive
* Embrace new tasks as they are defined
* Observe and propose process improvements



You will report to the director of Finance & Sales Operations for EMEA. Nevertheless, you will be working closely to the Project Pricing Manager, EMEA. Potentially you will also work together with other colleagues in the team. The purpose of the function is to offload valuable time from the sales organization, increase the quality, alignment creation in method and increase the service level to our customers.



For the right person there are great opportunities to grow within the organization as it evolves, but also within Axis in general.

* Fluent communication and writing skills in English, another language is a bonus
* A proper team player
* Knowledge and/or interest in back-office administration
* Strong IT-adaptation/usage skills
* Ability to build trust and establish relationships
* High level of adaptability and openness for new and ad-hoc tasks
