PROJECT SUPPLY COORDINATOR

Job Description
To our client we are now looking for a Project Supply Coordinator! In the role you will manage the purchasing process, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of material and services in close collaboration with appointed team, business stakeholders and in alignment with the client´s procurement category strategies.

You will be responsible for supplier management activities in line with strategy, process and KPIs, leading/supporting request for quotation, negotiation and contract management as well as sourcing plan development, competitive tendering and collaborate with stakeholders from different seniority levels.

Qualifications
- You have a degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management or other relevant area.
- You have great skills in data management including advanced knowledge of power BI and Excel.
- You are fluent in English in speech and writing. Other languages in Italian or Swedish is meritorious.
- Knowledge in SAP, experience from an international environment and project management is meritorious.

You also have a good level of commercial, relational and negotiation skills.

Salary
Salary as agreed.

Admission and Application
Full time, office hours. Our client wishes to start in November 2023 and the assignment is expected to run for 1 year with possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant with our exciting client. For this assignment a drug test needs to be performed before the assignment starts.
