Projectledare/Project Manager

Northab is looking for Project Manager for one of customer in Stockholm

Start- ASAP

Language- Fluent Swedish

The assignment requires that you have a good technical understanding, very good collaboration skills and good communication skills. You have drive and are self-propelled, service-oriented and clear. You need to have good decision-making ability and be development- and result-oriented.

- To represent the operational need, opportunities and limitations regarding IT-close development and IT delivery in groups that produce tactical and operational backlog
- Responsible for the work with operational and support matters
- Work with continuous improvements in work processes that promote stable operation
- Responsible for the delivery area's release management in collaboration with the release manager
- Work with ongoing management of IT-related development, technically mandatory and life cycle activities according to established methods, processes and priorities as well as budget and forecast linked to this
- Work to manage risks and shortcomings in the quality of IT delivery
- Management of security requirements, accessibility requirements and requirements regarding usability and design for external services
- Together with other delivery managers, report regularly to the Delivery Area Manager, signal obstacles immediately, operationally monitor that the work is progressing according to plan.
- Together with others in the management in the area lead and coach employees
- Contribute to status reporting both in terms of delivery and finances according to the authority's guidelines


Whats Needed-

- 3 years of experience in project management within a major government agency, or similar large organization (500 employees)
- 3 years experience of project management in system development projects
- 2 years experience of application operation / system management
- 2 years experience of working agile
- Relevant Education
