Purchase Coordinator

Cramo purchasing is transforming, and we are looking for a Purchase Coordinator to strengthen the purchasing support provided to various Cramo organizations in Sweden and internationally. You will be responsible for ensuring that all data is correct in our purchasing system Your tasks
- Maintains, update and manage supplier catalogues in the purchase system
- Mapping of catalogue items to right purchasing category
- Activate new suppliers according to the supplier activation process and in collaboration with the sourcing team
- Support and consult internal colleagues about operational questions related to purchase system
- Control information quality provided from equipment suppliers

Your profile
- University degree or equivalent (supply chain, procurement, economics) is meritorious
- MS Office proficiency
- Fluent spoken and written in English and Swedish
- You will be given appropriate training in Cramo purchasing system, however previous experience with Basware or other purchase system is an advantage

You are a professional with accuracy as your second name and you pay highest attention to details. You enjoy interacting with people internationally, with internal colleagues and external partners. You are highly organized with excellent communication skills. You like working systematically, in defined processes and within tight schedules. Its also important that you understand importance of information quality in the purchasing system. The role is placed in Solna and you will report to Head of Group Sourcing. We offer
