Purchaser, AAK OneSite purchasing

In 2006 AAK:s companies in Sweden, Denmark and Holland was integrated into one organizational unit (AAK OneSite).Our new purchaser will become part of AAK:s OneSite Purchasing team.We source for example packaging, process aids, additives, components, spare parts, energy, logistic services, and services in general for the AAK operations in Sweden, Denmark and Holland.

Based at our plant in Karlshamn, Sweden, you will quickly become a part of the whole process from identifying/selecting suppliers, negotiating, establishing frame agreements and contracts, ordering and following up.

You will work mostly with our purchase of packaging, process aids and additives, but also with the rest of our very broad portfolio.A key success factor is cross-functional cooperation.We also need you to monitor and follow up on supplier data and supplier performance as well as given product specifications.Another important task for everyone in purchasing is to constantly seek development of our routines and identifying process optimisation opportunities.Hereunder utilizing our SAP/Movex system fully.

We seek a candidate with a commercial education (preferably academic) and minimum 2-3 years of experience within purchasing.Ideally, you have experience from process industry and possibly also from working with SAP and/or Movex.Skills in MS Office, particularly with Excel are necessary.A high level of proficiency in spoken and written English is also required.

You are a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills and you have a commercial profile.Your way of working is structured and systematic and you have a good sense of detail.You are engaged; full of initiative, persistent and posses a positive attitude.
