Purchasing and Supplier Management Site Manager within the Automotive industry

Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter: As a P&SM Site Manager you will lead the local purchasing objectives to meet the overall P&SM objectives and goals.You are furthermore leading and developing the Purchasing & Supply Management function within the location. It will also be your responsibility to manage the Purchasing team on site
Core Responsibilities:
. Support and execute P&SM objectives/Site objectives
. Lead all Purchasing related activities and suppliers for a given site
. Give input/manage supplier selection/relationship/partnership/negotiation in dialogue with all Commodity Directors, Europe and Service Delivery Manager, Sweden
. Manage the competence development of direct reporting personnel
. Administrate personnel with their Manager located in other site, i.e. time reporting, information meetings, travel expense reports etc.
. Support the Product Portfolio Development and Order to Delivery processes on site in order to achieve a total cost effective supply solution
. Manage the performance including measurement of common KPI's, fulfilling our targets.
. Contribute to the achievement of the global objectives by providing ideas (pipeline) and leading day-to-day operations, e.g. cost reductions, in time delivery, supplier relations and quality results
. Support to recover warranty cost from suppliers
. Ensure that we work in accordance with the company processes, values and behaviours

Beskrivning av kvalifikationer: Required Competencies:
. Professional Purchasing qualification. 5-10 years of experience from sourcing in an international environment.
. Proven leadership and line management responsibilities for a supply chain organization
. Strong leadership, communication skills and social competence.
. Business mindset, Target oriented and achievement driven
. Knowledge of up to date supply chain strategies and implementation tools.
. Be a Team player with Holistic view
