Purchasing Category Manager to Nordic Bake Off

For the company's continued development and expansion, Nordic Bake Off seeks a Purchasing Category Manager located in Stockholm with a Nordic responsibility for purchasing and supply chain within the area Traded Goods.You will develop processes and build a structure for both the purchase and the entire supply chain part.An important task is to build internal relations with the market and sales department and find the right suppliers for the business. Other areas are: -Set strategy, objectives and priorities for purchasing Traded Goods in conjunction with the Director of Procurement and the Production and Supply Chain Director, Bake Off -Identify and lead Traded Goods sourcing projects to maximize the company's leverage using various methodologies including; strategic sourcing, e-sourcing, lead buying, central buying and collaborative purchasing -Liaise and communicate with the BU Heads to ensure their requirements are being met in full in terms of product volumes, cost prices and specifications -Work closely with other procurement team members to ensure that market knowledge and insights are used when managing price discussions -Manage the Traded Goods purchasing activities throughout the company to maximize synergies and purchasing benefits -End to end ownership of the flow of Traded Goods from the supplier to the customer.We are looking for a person who has five years of purchasing experience, within food services, manufacturing, hospitality or retail sectors.You should have knowledge of supply chain management and commercial law and other legislation. You are a strong negotiator with high influencing skills and you have the right abilities to build structures, solve problems and find information.To succeed in this position you should be a person who inspires trust and confidence, is an easy communicator and get inspired of work under high pressure in a demanding and dynamic context.Fluency in English and Swedish is required.
