Are you driven and a Senior Purchasing Specialist looking for a challenge?Job description This role is accountable for providing procurement leadership across a number of Indirect Spend Categories.The job includes establishment and implementation of Vision and strategies consistent with company/stakeholder goals, as well as development & execution of sourcing plans consistent with strategies.Commercial management of strategic suppliers, and contract management.Our Group Purchasing department based in Stockholm has a central focus on New Product Development, Strategic Sourcing and Global Indirect Spend.Indirect Spend is a new area within Purchasing from 1st of January 2009.We have started to develop a global sourcing process and best practices which are being implemented step by step in the organization.An initial short term and long term strategy have recently been created.The strategy need to be validated and further developed and rolled out.Several cost reduction and improvement projects are running currently, as well as process improvement projects.The Indirect area is now looking for a new resource, a senior Purchasing person with at least 5 years Purchasing experience from category management in Indirect Spend, and bringing in depth practical experience.You should have experience from stakeholder management as well as project management, and be result oriented.Oriflame is an international company where we operate in 61 countries around the globe; therefore you should have worked internationally and have negotiated with suppliers from different cultures.Indirect Spend is so far decentralised, and the strategy is to build relations with the regions and plants in order to reach better results together.Communicative skills and team-building skills are essential as well as the winning attitude.The environment is dynamic and the tempo is high.You will be managing a number of categories and work with improvement of the spend analysis and support in developing the long term strategy for the Indirect area.You will lead strategic sourcing initiatives across the indirect spend area.If you recognize yourself from above and have a "can do attitude" don't hesitate to apply and take part of a challenging journey within Oriflame. Qualifications and competencies We think you have a degree in economics and/ or supply chain management and 5 years experience from Purchasing/Sourcing.Further we think you have depth experience from Indirect Spend categories and experience of working in a cross cultural and international environment.As a person are you analytical, team player/leader, having a winning attitude with negotiation & influencing skills, project management skills, have worked with eSourcing tool.Further we expect you to be good at develop internal & external relationships, understanding of a number of categories' supply market.You have experience of contract implementation planning & execution and have developed category/Commodity strategies.Preffered starting date: ASAP Employment type: Full time, permanent.Då urvalsprocessen sker löpande är det viktigt att du skickar din ansökan så snart som möjligt.
