QA Manager

Position:
Neoss is seeking a Quality Assurence Manager for a position in Mölnlycke. In the middle of an exciting period of growth and investment, the company have now created a new position for an experienced Quality System professional to manage the activities of the QA to assure the company will meet all quality assurance / ISO 13485 regulations. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, highly organised and flexible person to join the team on a full time basis.

Experience:
Experience from Quality Management in fast grooving medical device companies within a similar sector, including applying ISO 13485:2003 and other relevant standards.
- Responsible for maintaining and increasing scope of certificates for CE marking and ISO13485 including quality procedures and policies.
-Strategic thinking in planning, implementing and executing the QA work internally and externally including non-conformity processes and quality agreements with suppliers and distributors.
- Working experience in a similar supply chain with direct responsibility for validation work and supply audits, and working together with Regulatory Assurance to obtain and retain regulatory approval globally
- Fluent in English
- Great communication skills for contact with authorities/supplier of different cultures
