Quality Assurance Coordinator

Procera Networks is seeking a talented Quality Assurance Coordinator, who has a strong background in networking as well as delivering stable and top quality products. This challenging and creative position involves:
- Being the primary point of contact for the Varberg Quality Assurance team
- Working with the Director of QA to coordinate product release testing schedules, priorities, and resources
- Ensuring stability and quality on past and present releases
- Delivering scheduled releases in a timely fashion
- Managing customer test labs
- Driving external qualification through our Beta Program
- Creating and validating test plans, test suites and test cases for our solutions working with QA leads and with cross-Functional
teams (Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Sales Engineering)
- Willingness to travel to customer sites or training activities to continually improve the testing process

Skills and experience:
- QA experience in a leadership role is required
- Networking experience required
- DPI experience a huge plus
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent and 3+ years of hands on hardware testing experience.
- Project Management experience a plus
- Must have strong problem solving skills as well as effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work cohesively as a team member; interacting and building positive working relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to muti-task.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible, prioritize work and follow instructions.
- Strong TCP-IP networking background
- Management skills from running quality and customer facing organizations.
- Incident tracking system experience
- This position is based in Varberg, Sweden
