Snow Software are now looking for a Quality Assurance Director responsible for the development and performance of the quality assurance team members, as well as for developing, enhancing and managing the software testing strategies and processes.

Arbetsuppgifter:

As a Quality Assurance Director, you have a dynamic role with great variety of assignments depending on the project you are involved in. Your work encompasses the entire software development lifecycle. Your goal is to ensure that the development and maintenance processes are continuously improved to produce solutions that meet specifications and requirements. You make sure that the functionality of the system runs as it should and identify weaknesses and issues which you address to the developers.
The role as a Quality Assurance Director is a new role at Snow, which gives you the opportunity to form the role into your own as there are currently no specific frameworks. At the beginning of your career at Snow you will analyze and get to know the organization so that you will get a knowledge of where your mainly focus will be. You work closely with all departments to create an understanding of processes and which department may need more work than others.

Profil:

• At least B.Sc. within IT or equivalent work experience
• 10 years of work experience in IT, for example as a tester, Scrum master, project manager or agile coach
• Experience of test automation
• Previous experience of working with agile processes
• History of delivering successful projects with high quality
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
