Quality Assurance Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION
As Quality Assurance Engineer you will a member of a project team, working with projects mainly in Europe, but also globally.

You will interact with our customers and suppliers, meaning that travelling is part of the job. You will have an internal network of Quality Assurance Engineers available to support you, located in e.g. Finland and India.

You will define quality requirements in assigned sales projects in a cost optimized way and ensure that statutory, customer and internal quality requirements are met in assigned delivery project.

You will be involved in the sales phase of our projects e.g. by giving input to cost estimation and preparing quality specifications.

During project execution you will ensure that statutory, customer and internal quality requirement are met throughout the delivery project's life cycle. You will prepare quality specifications, such as quality plans, inspection specifications and supply quality specifications, and monitor that the requirements are fulfilled both internally, at construction sites and at suppliers.

You play an important role in the CE-marking process for pressure vessels and machines. Product risk prevention/mitigation and handling of project related NCR's are also part of your work.

REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this role you have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years' experience from similar work in pulp, energy or process industry.

Since you will work in an international environment you have, besides Swedish, excellent English skills, both spoken and written. Other language skills are an advantage.

Knowledge and utilization of international codes, regulations and standards such as ASME, PED, MD and applicable EN standards is required for this position.
