We are recruiting a new member to our team within Quality Control department, Tetra Pak Processing Components. In this role you will be a key player in our efforts of having world class quality.


You will secure our quality for our welded products within our production and for installation projects at customer sites and supplier base.


The position is based in Lund and includes approximately 100 days of international travelling

Main responsibilities
- Secure quality mainly of welded products and installations
- Delivery inspections
- Quality documentation
- Audit, develop and train suppliers
- Internal technical expert to our organisation


Qualifications

We are looking for candidates that have experience from working in an international role. You have experience of working with standards and with these deliver high quality results. You are engaged and always drive to reach the best result. In this role you need to be a strong informal leader and drive our quality agenda on sight. You show integrity and trust to colleagues and stakeholders and can make decisions in an open and clear manner. In this role you need to have excellent communication skills, being factual and good at presenting.

Your educational background is technical and you have an International Welding Specialist (IWS) diploma in combination with a quality auditor diploma. We believe that you have been working with quality inspections in an international environment for at least 10 years. A successful candidate has experience of quality inspections of stainless steel welding and sheet metal manufacturing. Fluency in English is essential since you will be working internationally.
