Fair Trading Technology has never been your standard technology provider. When we entered the foreign exchange market in 2010, it was as traders, recognizing the problems of the industry from within. Since then, we've been providing solution that answer the day-to-day problems facing FX brokers and their clients, connecting trading platforms, liquidity providers and brokers of all sizes, and making it look easy.

Our development teams are growing rapidly and we are now looking for several Software QA professionals to take part in building our new QA team. Depending of your seniority, you will be responsible for, or take part in, the design, planning and creation of automated functional and performance tests. Since this is a new department within our organization, you will also take part in defining the process and developing the infrastructure necessary.

We think that you are a talented, self-motivated individual who are well experienced within software quality assurance testing and has the capability and drive to continuously excel within your field. You have strong knowledge of automated testing tools, testing process and QA methodology. Further, you have strong interpersonal and communication skills and work well in a fast paced environment.

WHAT SKILLS ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- 3+ years of software quality assurance testing experience
- Strong knowledge of automated testing tools
- Ability to create front-end test automation that utilizes dynamic web technologies
- Good development/scripting skills
- High level of English (Spoken and Written)

IT'S A PLUS IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

- Previous leadership experience
- Agile projects (SCRUM, XP etc.)
- Experience from real time systems
- Financial Markets (Forex, CFD, Stocks, etc)
- FIX protocol version 4.x or 5.x
