Quality Engineer

Job responsibilities:
1. Inspection management: product inspection quality management; Develop an inspection SOP, responsible for continuously optimizing the inspection process and frequency; Promote the optimization of on-site inspection standards.
2. Abnormal management: Confirm daily product quality status and problem points, and promote the improvement of on-site quality problem points; Improvement, closure, and follow-up of customer complaint issues
3. Personnel management: Develop job responsibilities for inspection related work, plan talent cultivation and inspection quality work, and improve personnel efficiency management
4. Inspection equipment: Manage inspection instruments, responsible for upgrading and optimizing inspection equipment, and improving inspection efficiency
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above; fluent in Chinese
2. Good communication and expression skills, proficient in operating office software.
3. At least 1 year of work experience in the same position, familiar with quality system related standards such as ISO9000 and IATF16949.
