Now we are looking for a Quality Leader for the operating area Air Quality Control Systems. AQCS is responsible for the marketing and sales of services and upgrades in environmental fleet, as well as electronics and technical services globally.

Job requirements:
For this job you need to have a university degree in engineering or business administration. Experience in quality management and leading improvement programs is a requirement. Education and experience of Lean & Six Sigma processes, tools and methodology is desirable. Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is also a demand, as well as being an advanced user of Microsoft Office. Traveling is a part of the job.

For this job you have strong communication skills. As a person you are analytical, structured and both result and solution oriented. You have a strategic and open mindset, and can easily understand processes and see the whole picture. AQCS performs business in a global and multicultural environment, and therefore it is important that you are a team player and interested in building relations and network within the ALSTOM group.
