Tetra Pak Processing Solutions and Equipment is looking for a Quality Manager within Channel Management & Key Components (CMKC). It is a direct reporting to the Director Quality, WCM and Capabilities. We are responsible for our 4 key components (Homogenizers, Separators, Heat Exchangers and High Share mixers) as well as Filtration. We are also drive the exciting Channel Management with very ambitious growth plans. You will lead quality management within the organization.
The Quality Manager will manage and drive the overall quality agenda for CMKC and will work in close corporation with the different business streams as well as Channel Management. This role will put you in contact with key stakeholders across different functional and international borders.
The position is based in either Sweden or Denmark
What you will do
As Quality Manager in CMKC you will:
Ensure quality, food safety, equipment safety & OHS
Drive world class issue resolution
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards
Drive quality culture within the organisation
Lead competence development in quality management
Lead continuous improvement, deployment of, and compliance with, the Tetra Pak Quality Policy and Quality Strategy

Building relations comes easy to you and you know how to balance listening with persuasion and helpfulness with firmness. Also, you are analytical and organised which makes it easy for you to create a structure and keep track on many parallel issues.
Your educational background is university degree within Engineering at a bachelor’s level or above. It is required that you have proven leadership (minimum on leading without authority) experience (minimum 5 years), strong collaboration skills and the ability to drive and implement change. You have general experience (5-10 year) from Quality Management and solid knowledge about one or several areas within Quality Management. Experience from commercial projects or production is a clear advantage.
You are a good communicator and excellent at both spoken and written English.
