The preferred job location is Mariestad (Sweden). As an option, you can be based at Stockholm with possibility to travel to Mariestad (2/3 times per week).

To assure the SERVICE QUALITY within our LOGISTICS PROCESS by complying with Customer Requirements, Process Specifications and our Quality Standard which is Zero Defects.
Foster our Zero-Defect Quality Standard within organization, which means non tolerance to defects and the thrive to eliminate variance and minimize non-value adding activities within our processes.
Working hands on with bonding of products and driving quality issues and improvements together with factories, warehouses, and customers
To facilitate the pro-active involvement of our people, which take 100% ownership for customer satisfaction.
Tasks:
· You are responsible for tracking Quality KPIs as RAD Logistics Execution (Primary, warehouse, secondary and refusal damages), Inventory Record Accuracy, warehouse and Operations Compliance Audits and propose corrective actions
· You will ensure the quality of all the activities and logistics flows - planning, handling, storage, transportation, etc;
· You will define rules and quality standards to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of processes:
o checking and defining the methodology of handling, loading and fastening according to the type of managed products (goods and products of external logistics customers);
o develop, together with the other operational managers, new methods for storage, handling, and transport.
o providing technological development in the handling, packaging, automation for loading/unloading and transports.
· You will train staff and work closely with external suppliers, to spread out the proper method of quality in the operating activities (in warehouses, depots, transit points)
· You will liaise with factories (SQA) and R&D to improve the quality in the packaging.
· You will liaise with transport companies to treat quality issues and he/she will support to logistics central quality team to prepare the appendix for the different tenders.

Qualifications:
· Relevant white goods quality experience
· 2+ years of managerial or lead specialist position
· Experience within warehousing and distribution
· Technical background could be a plus
· Skilled in communicating with both suppliers and major customers
· Fluent in English. Swedish is a benefit
