ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION

This a broad role, however, some of the fun that this role entails is:

- Maintain and continuously improve the system to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with certification criteria.
- Play a pivotal role in preparing for and conducting internal and external audits, including third-party audits, to validate readiness for IATF16949 certification.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to streamline processes and products, emphasizing IATF16949 and VDA compliance.
- Introduce advanced tools and systems for quality analysis and management, driving continuous improvement toward certification goals.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in quality work. We also think a positive attitude, great initiative, and a curious personality are great! Besides these fantastic things, we would like to see that you have the following:

- Bachelor's degree or higher. Other education/experience deemed equivalent is also of interest.
- Proficient in quality management principles, methods, and tools, with a strong emphasis on IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA6.3 & VDA6.5 quality management system standards.
- Very good English both spoken and written, preferably also Sweden and Korean.
- Driving license - we are placed a little bit outside Eskilstuna.
