Poolia is recruiting an analytical and experienced Raw Material Supply & Inventory Planner to Flint Group Sweden in Trelleborg.

The position is a permanent placement from day 1.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Raw Material Supply & Inventory Planner will focus on:

• Drive RM supply planning for Trelleborg S&OP and S&OE
- Set process schedule (following overall S&OP yearly wheel), book meetings with relevant stakeholders, e.g. Lead Buyer, Planning manager, Call-off
- Break down demand plan to RM requirement plan and compare to supplier forecasts all ready given, inventory levels & confirmed order volumes
- Identify risks and align on mitigation plans with lead buyer and planning manager
- Compile plan for input to S&OP
- Actively participate in S&OE meetings contributing with risk assessments and problem solving proposals

• Calculate, analyze, follow up and drive improvements related to supplier OTIF performance

• Actively participate in driving continuous improvements of the planning process related to tools, process & competences. This also includes giving input on storage capacities and other potential bottle-necks in the process, discussing sourcing strategies with procurement, etc.

• Manage call-off & inventory levels for a selection of RMs
- Replenish RM inventory in Trelleborg & control RM stock levels
- Proactively follow and flag supply risks by e.g. keeping in close contact with suppliers and monitoring long lead-time shipments
- Analyze and drive improvements with suppliers regarding supplier OTIF performance

The position reports to the Global Supply Chain Director.

QUALIFICATIONS

You probably have a Bachelor’s or Master's degree procurment, supply chain or other relevant fields.

We believe that you have a minimum of 3 years work experience in supply chain in procurement-heavy industries, preferably within a multinational organization. Previous experience from FMCG industry or similar high speed, high requirement environment would be an advantage.

Experience from call-off in international environment is meritorious. Previous roles with multitude of interfaces in the daily work is favorable. You also have experience in following up KPI performance.

Fluency in speaking and writing English is a prerequisite for the position. It is a major advantage if you also are fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages.

You have excellent skills in Excel. It is an advantage if you have experience of the ERP-system SAP or similar.
