R&D Engineer cum production planner for a hydroponics firm.

About you:
We are looking for a multi-talented person who can took on our technical development and production of naked plants and hydroponics systems.
As we are a startup, we expect a candidate who can work on marketing and client relations too. We welcome person with experience in hydroponics. Preference for persons who with an electrical engineering background, as we are currently carrying research on grow lights.

About us:
Tessellate AB is a Jönköping based startup company. We are mainly focused on hydroponics, indoor plants and plant propagations. Also diversified with importing and exporting.
Currently we have two sister concern as Tessellate life Pvt Ltd and Urban Green hub (Turbonaut designs Pvt Ltd). We planning to expand in Estonia, as we got approved in startup committee Estonia.
Tessellate is currently focused on growing indoor plants with minimum effort. Besides, researches are going on agriculture. We are heavily focused into making people closer to nature

Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering with minimum 2 years work experience.
Minimum 2 years work experience in a management role.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Knowledge of Indian Languages is considered a plus.
Knowledge on hydroponics/ Automated poly house design.
